Our client, a specialist in Business Travel are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance and Admin department contributing to the smooth running of the finance, office administration and facilities function.

Key Responsibilities:

- An ability to generate supplier invoices on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner to work with hotels to request late invoices and other information as well as working with the Operations and Sales Departments to resolve account queries
- Mail Management and General Admin
- Provide cover for other members of the Finance Team or Receptionist when necessary
- A knowledge or experience of Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger is important

Key Attributes:

- Previous Accounts experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- An ability to build relationships with external suppliers
- Previous travel industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Great attention to detail, confident, adaptable and calm under pressure
