Our client is seeking a Paralegal/Chartered Legal Executive or Associate for a 12 month FTC within their Motor Litigation department.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Giving supervised assistance on a case by case basis to the team
Managing a portfolio of defendant small claims and fast track motor property damage and injury claims
To continuously build relationships and drive improvement in the service delivery to clients.
Dealing with caseloads from start to finish
To support the firms values and policies in a professional manner

To succeed in this role the successful paralegal/Chartered Legal Executive must be able to demonstrate:

The ability to manage a caseload
Be fully conversant with case management systems
Litigation experience
Knowledge of MOJ Reforms
RTA Defendant and Claimant experience
Previous experience of personal injury
Excellent organisational skills
Good IT skills
Good billing and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A flexible approach and willing to work outside normal office hours if required
