We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance/Billings Assistant to join a global company based in central Watford for a period of 12 months. The ideal candidate should be studying towards an AAT/ACCA or CIMA qualification and have a minimum of a years experience in Finance.
You must have excellent knowledge of MS office, including Excel, good analytical skills and a pro active approach to problem solving. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Coding and processing invoices
- Processing recharges
- Analysis of cost reports on a monthly basis, arranging for the necessary journal transfers to be made
- Reconciliations of project accounts on a monthly basis
- Assist with the preparation of month end journals
