Our client, a global Financial Services company based in Central London, are looking for an experienced Account Manager who is confident managing client expectations, managing objections and retaining clients and has excessive sales experience. The Role

- Account Managing clients and managing payment process
- Reselling the products to our clients who have already put deposit down
- Build relationship with all our clients and be able to upsell them our products
- Working with the team and ensuring that payments are processed in a timely manner
- Maximising revenue by ensuring revenue is received at its earliest opportunity
- Develop and streamline policies and procedures to enhance the Account Manager Function
- Oversee the payment process
- Achieve monthly revenue generation targets and forecast weekly and monthly cash position
- Managing client records and CRM system
- Managing the accounts receivable process and reconciliation of accounts
- Achieve monthly targets and forecast weekly and monthly cash position

The Person

- Excessive experience within Sales
- Proven ability of sales, retention and cash collection. Confident, with a strong presence and a natural ability to motivate.
- Negotiation and objection handling skills with excellent customer service skills
- Communicating via phone to customers to chase overdue debts
- Ability to manage own work load and work on own initiative
- Self-driven and a natural forward planner
