As the Business Development Executive working for a FTSE 250 Company, you will be tasked with developing new clients for the company, through lead generation and conversion, cold calling and utilising the established FTSE network already in place. You will work within a fun, team oriented and progressive team.

Our client is a FTSE 250 Recruitment Consultancy that is rapidly expanding and would like to continue doing so with an enhanced client base. The Sales based Consultancy has a very meritocratic culture within which 85% of all Director positions have been acquired through internal progression.

As the Business Development Executive you will carry out a number of duties including the following

  • Develop a new client base, generate new revenue streams for the business and yourself
  • Proactively seek out new clients in the market, thinking outside the box and using ones own initiative
  • Maintaining the existing client database through customer service calls on a daily basis
  • Cold calling, lead chasing, knowledge generating
