My client based near Maldon, is looking for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Officer. You will be working alongside the HR Manager, delivering an excellent service to its directors.
*A full understanding of the payroll cycle from start to finish.
*Experience with Tax, NIC, SSP, SMP, p11D's, P45's, P46's.
*A working knowledge of auto enrolment and defined contribution pension schemes.
*A working knowledge of attachment of earning orders, month end, year-end and P11D processes.
*Management information reporting through spreadsheets including data manipulation and analysis.
*Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and company guidelines.
*A flexible approach to the dynamics of the Human Resource department.
Ideally you will possess a minimum of 3- 4 years payroll experience and are prepared to study towards CIPP qualification.
