My client, a market leading organisation within the supply chain and logistics field, have an exciting new job opportunity for a payroll administrator to join their expanding and ambitious team.
The business is well established in the Glasgow area and are also involved in projects and operations throughout the world.
Your new role
You will be joining their hard-working and committed payroll team as a payroll administrator on a permanent basis. You will be involved in carrying out multiple payrolls: weekly, monthly and fortnightly and will also have responsibility for entering sickness information and ensuring pension auto enrolment regulations are complied with. You will also identify and solve potential issues as and when they occur and provide payroll reports when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have an eye for detail, good technical skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines. As well as this, you will also be experienced in processing benefits in kind and have an ability to identify and solve problems whilst adhering to regulations. You must have a strong knowledge of Tax, NI, SSP, SMP, and, importantly, be a dedicated and hard-working team player with the ability to communicate at all levels.
