Inside Sales Associate - B2B

Milton Keynes

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

£20,000 - £25,000 Basic, depending on proven track record.

OTE £32,000 - £40,000 - Commission paid monthly

We are seeking a driven sales candidate who has a proven track record with B2B sales who can think outside the box.

You would be providing live web demonstrations of the product to the potential new client, have the largest database to search from and receive leads from website enquires.

What we are looking for someone who:

  • Plans and organises time effectively to allow optimal frequency of sales calls per day.
  • Has a proven track record in sales over the telephone
  • Compile weekly sales reports
  • Able to use CRM system Salesforce to manage leads
  • Meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicator's and set sales targets consistently.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong computer and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and GPS systems would be considered advantageous
  • Energetic and driven with excellent communication skills
  • Able to actively listen to clients’ needs and take these on board
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
  • Business to Business Sales
