We are recruiting for a long-established Wealth Management Firm, who due to expansion, is looking for a Trainee Paraplanner, to work from their office in Barlborough, near Chesterfield.

The role is to give administrative and basic paraplanning support to 2 Financial Advisers, whose clients include a number of high net worth corporate & private clients. We have a strong team ethic which offers a supportive environment.

The candidate would ideally have worked in a similar role within an IFA practice or similar organisation. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.

Skills Required & Experience
*A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a similar role within financial services.
*A sound understanding of financial services products.
*Competent in using Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. Knowledge of Intelligent Office back office system would be an advantage.
*High level of attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Good telephone manner to liaise with both clients and product providers.
*A team player, but also able to use own initiative.
*The ability to prioritise their work effectively.

Key Responsibilities
*Preparation of paperwork for the client, including research.
*Assist with the production of Suitability Reports using ATEB software.
*To prepare new business files to adhere to our processes.
*Ensuring files are kept accurate and up to date.
