Part-Time Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger)
Orka Financial is currently working with an international business based in Reading that is looking to recruit a part-time Accounts Assistant. This role will be reporting directly into the Finance Manager and be responsible for the company purchase ledger and expenses.
Duties will include;
- Manage the Purchase Ledger.
- Weekly bank reconciliations.
- Arrange UK and overseas payments on a weekly basis.
- Manage the Concur Online Expenses system.
- Intercompany reconciliations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
This role will suit somebody with previous finance experience. There is a salary of £25000pa (pro rata) on offer with potential for study support for AAT. You will be required to work 3 full days per week (9-5pm). Monday, Tuesday and there is flexibility on the third day.
