Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a long term temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for an up and coming construction company in West Leeds to join their finance team with an immediate start. This role is an excellent opportunity to get involved in a growing company and within a growing finance team.

Client Details

Our client who are based in West Leeds are looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team with an immediate start for a long term role. Our client have become very well known within their sector and are quickly establishing themselves an excellent reputation.


As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report in to the Purchase Ledger Manager.

Your duties will include, however, are not limited to; processing and logging of incoming invoices, using a bespoke system as a primary resource, reconciliations of supplier accounts, handling both customer and client queries and statements, matching batching and encoding of invoices. You will also be involved in dealing with petty cash management, lease with other internal heads of departments, assist with payment runs and implement new processes. You will also be involved in processing and managing high volumes of data and using excel skills to gather data and information for the Accounts Payable department.

Job Offer

£20,000- £22,000 annual salary equivalent + weekly pay available + immediate start available + long term potentials + excellent on site facilities + free parking on site
