Quest Commercial are currently recruiting for a Sales Controller for their client based in the Meridian Business Park, Leicester.
My client is an expanding fleet management company. Currently they manage and maintain over 50,000 vehicles however due to rapid success they're looking for someone who will be able to increase the number of leases and motivate the sales team to do the same. The successful candidate will achieve great sales results and provide exceptional customer service.
- Managing and developing a team of 10 Sales Executives to achieve department targets
- Managing the CRM System to secure conquest and renewal business.
- Selling leasing and fleet management products for new and used cars, vans and pick-ups.
- Managing customer requirements and complaints
- An awareness of a fast changing market
- Ensuring that the Sales Team adhere to FCA Process and best practice at all times
- Attending networking events in the local area to promote brand awareness
- Holding daily sales meetings, and monthly reviews with the Head of Sales for each Sales Executive
Ideal candidate will:
- Be outgoing, focused, determined and have the ability to motivate a team to achieve results.
- Have experience of working in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Have experience and be computer literate in packages such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CRM Systems and Funder Quotation Systems.
- Have a full UK Driving Licence.
- Be able to demonstrate a history of achieving Sales and Financial Targets.
- Have knowledge of FCA processes and requirements
- Have experience in a Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Sales Manager in Broker/Leasing Company/Dealership.
