A position is available to join a specialist skincare clinic, located in Central London, for the role of Patient Coordinator.
The role is varied and multi-tasking and requires fast and proficient touch typing skills.
In addition to the scheduling and preparing the paperwork for treatments, you will ensure that patients have a full understanding of their procedure, expectations and financial implications.
Duties include reception, scheduling appointments, data entry, typing letters, discussing and advising patients on procedures and billing. Social Media entries and scheduling. Liaising with patients on the phone, responding to enquiries and front desk cash flow and balancing.
Skills and Experience required.
- Typing Skills: It is essential that you have excellent touch typing skills - fast and accurate.
- Good numerical ability.
- Computer literate and able to use standard packages such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- You must be able to work under pressure and have a flexible disposition.
- A background and experience in a private clinic, salon or business.

Working Hours and Days
Normally 9am to 6pm and one late shift a week 11am to 8pm.
Some Saturdays 9am to 3pm (Monday off in lieu)
Good salary commensurate to experience level.
