Your new role
In this new role you will play a pivotal part in undertaking a full Training Needs Analysis across the manufacturing business for the purpose of delivering of training within scope of Leadership, Operations and Production. This will include creating and designing Training Programmes aligned to a full remit of training interventions as well as elearning. A crucial part of the training will be the evaluation, which will form part of Return on Investment and Expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
Is experience of working within a similar sector where you have been part of the Organisation Development strategy and have been able to demonstrate cross functional training including some involvement of Talent Management and Succession Planning. Professional Certification in this specialism is highly desirable as with excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
