An innovating and forward thinking national business have an excellent job opportunity for an experienced accounts Assistant with Sage experience on a permanent contract.
Your new role
The purpose of the role is to Support the Finance Team to deliver multiple deliverables across the accounting and financial control disciplines.
Your role will be varied and range from purchase ledger management, credit control, supporting with month end duties (accruals, prepayments and journals) and analysis of payroll and other costs as well as ad hoc reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Accounts Assistant with strong experience gained within accounts payable and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Experience of working in a SOX Compliance environment would be useful as would SAP and Sage experience, or experience using other ERP systems.
