CITO Limited- The Consortium of Independent Tour Operator is a Tour Operator offering our own package holidays for sale to a select number of our membership.
We are looking to recruit a Tour Administrator, the ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, personable and have the ability to work unsupervised as part of our small team based in Knaresborough. The role is varied and interesting and involves using a passenger booking system, booking flights and administrating them, liaising with hotels, attractions and transportation companies both in the the UK and worldwide.
The position is offered on a Part Time Basis, we are prepared to be flexible with the hours of work for the right person. Do you tick the boxes?
- Travel Industry Experience
- Excellent telephone and customer services manner
- Accuracy with data inputting and analysis
- General administration background proficient with Microsoft software
- Bookings flights and administrating them
- Educated up to GCSE in both English and Maths
- Willingness to adapt and holiday cover within the office team
