Parts Sales Adviser - Luton

Salary : Up to £22,000 + Bonus (£26,000 OTE)

My client is one of the UK's largest branded motor factor businesses, offing an opportunity to join a forward thinking company that offers progression, support and a great working atmosphere.

My client employs over 1,000 staff in a network of 75 branches across the UK and Ireland, as well as distribution centres in the Midlands and Heathrow and three Regional Distribution Centres.

Main Purpose of Job

  • To deal with customers day to day
  • To attract sales and new business to the branch

Main Responsibilities

  • To use our systems and identify parts for the customer, quickly and accurately.
  • To ensure you identify the customers that have not delt with us before and make pro-active calls to them.
  • To at all times use Company standards when dealing with customers
  • Ensure you are calling your customers on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all counter displays full of stock.
  • To promote a good image of the company at all times by maintaining a professional appearance
  • To be familiar with local competition and activities
  • To develop strong working relationships with customers understand their needs.
  • Ensure achievement of relevant KPI’s
  • To undertake any adhoc activities as requested by Management.
