Office Manager - Bookkeeper (1-2 months)
We are looking for a temporary Office Manager with substantial bookkeeping experience to join our client, a Bristol based Software Company, on a temporary basis.
- Prepare payroll
- Experienced in using Sage for invoicing and collecting payments
- Assist with financial planning
- Manage HR system and calendar
- Recruit temporary staff if needed
- Assist with Sales and Marketing
- Any other duties that might be required
- Experienced with bookkeeping software (Sage) and other business applications
- Highly detail oriented and organised
- Highly numerate
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise and manage daily workload
This is a temporary assignment for 1-2 months with a salary of £25,000-£30,000 pro rata.
