Client Details

Our client is a well established, medium sized organisation that is located in Coventry.

They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for their team. This is a full time, permanent role.

Description

The main duties will include:

  • Stamping, coding, paperwork matching the purchase invoices
  • Resolving invoice queries with suppliers
  • Purchase ledger filing
  • Preparing documents for BACS payments
  • Preparation and production of end of month supplier payment run
  • Preparing month end purchase invoice accruals

Profile

The successful candidate will require:

  • Proven purchase ledger experience
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good communication skills

Job Offer

£18,000 Per annum.
