Business Development Manager
Cheesecake Recruitment is currently working one of the leading Insurance Networks in the UK who are going through a period of continued growth and as such are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and to be responsible for developing their overall network.
They have an exciting opportunity on offer for an ambitious candidate that enjoys a 50/50 account management and new business role! My client has grown significantly throughout 2015/2016 therefore this is a great opportunity to join and be part of an exciting stage in its history.
As part of a newly created and dedicated sales team, you will report directly into the Head of Sales and cover the Wales and South West patch. You will mainly promote the brand and attract quality new members to the network.
With this new business led opportunity you will need to proactively forge and develop relationships with potential members, maintain your pipeline and ensure activity is at the required level to succeed in achieving personal and company targets. My client also has a fantastic internal sales team which provide leads and appointments.
This is a challenging yet very rewarding opportunity with an attractive basic salary and company car on offer, but the uncapped bonus is a real motivator here for someone to really earn great money!!
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, a strong influencer and communicator, who's capable of building relationships well. You will be commercially aware, a strategic thinker and driven to succeed.
Salary Guide: £30,000-£35,000 basic, Expensed Car, OTE - £50k (uncapped commission)
