  • Good phone skills / experience of selling over the phone to end users?

Customer Account Executive - Key Accountabilities:

  • Research & build relationships with new and potential clients
  • Communicating new product developments & services to prospective clients
  • Engage with and maintain key relationships within the assigned accounts
  • Build business pipeline to achieve monthly targets
  • Proactive follow up of opportunities to close deals
  • Engage with the specialist sales teams where appropriate to sell value services & to meet customer needs
  • Plan approaches & pitches, working with others to develop a proposal that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns & objectives

Customer Account Executive - Key Competencies:

  • Ability to prospect and identify / map out stake holders within accounts
  • Confident with the ability to forge strong working relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of new business and ability to retain customers and cross sell additional products services
  • Ability to demonstrate targets and achievements against targets
  • End user sales experience
