My Legal client is looking for a Secretary/Receptionist to support numerous Solicitors within their office in the Salford region of Manchester. This role is also to cover Reception when required due to holidays, sickness and to assist with admin duties when busy.

Your main duties will include the following:-

  • Preparation of all court documents

  • Typing on documents which consist of Audio and Digital to deadlines

  • Arranging meetings internally and externally

  • Keeping up to date with all faxing and filing to ensure all documents are accessible for all members of staff

  • Set up travel arrangements for the Partners and other members of the team

  • Prioritise your own workload and others around you

  • To provide assistance to those around you, either due to workload or sickness

  • To ensure all work is set to a high standard

  • Meet and great clients face to face on site.

Must have experience with the following:-

  • Experience within Private Client - Wills and Probate, Estates/Trusts and/or Court of Protection

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Due to the amount of people you will be working with, you must be able to reflect the following:-

  • Eagerness to learn

  • Show respect to every team member

  • The ability to interact and work with different teams on short notice

  • Be able to use your own initiative

Dependant on experience the salary is £20,000 - £23,000.

This role can be either 9am-5pm or 9.30-5.30pm.
