A Head Chef is required to join a refurbished fresh food pub with rooms in Suffolk
A Head Chef position is now available at an 80 cover dining pub with bedrooms that offers all day dining with Brasserie style menus featuring plenty of produce sourced from Suffolk. This is a newly open property with a brand new kitchen which you will be expected to manage whilst working with semi-branded menus and ensuring the team of eight chefs are achieving the high standards of cooking expected at all times. As this is a Head Chef role you will also be responsible for the financial performance of the kitchen ensuring that you control GP%, staff costs and manage your stock effectively.
This role needs an experienced Head Chef who has a stable CV working in high quality, all fresh food kitchens where you were cooking for a busy restaurant on a daily basis. All chefs applying for this position must be strong team leaders who are seeking a 'hands on’ role where they can continue to work alongside their team on a daily basis.
