A leading name broker with a long history in the UK and in particularly in the Manchester insurance market. The business has an enviable list of corporate clients, a loyal and long standing team of Brokers and Directors and an excellent reputation to both clients and competitors.
Your new role
This is a rare opportunity to join at a very senior level, working closely with the current Director, with a view to taking on overall responsibility for running the business in the coming couple of years. In the initial year or so, you will be focused on working with the existing client base, particularly the larger value clientele as well as bedding in to the leadership role the position will become. An ideal opportunity for an ambitious, driven and motivated broker who has built up significant experience in the broker market and is looking to step in to a high profile regional position.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have operated as a senior Account Director, ideally with some leadership exposure already, be a driven and motivated character, able to lead by example.
