Salary up to £26,500 depending on experience
Are you a experienced Pastry Chef; that is hardworking, passionate about patisserie and someone with a desire to learn? Do you have a love for good food and the creativity and flair to create top class pastry dishes?
Are you somebody who is both organised and able to work effectively in a fast paced kitchen environment? Can you maintain a 2 Rosette standard of work in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions and prepare, cook and serve food, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation, presentation and safe working practices are met?
Then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
You will work as part of a talented team, so good team skills is important. You will have leadership skills, excellent work ethic and enthusiasm. You will have experience of ordering on a daily basis, whilst keeping in mind stock usage, menu planning and costings.
You will ensure that all services run smoothly and guest satisfaction is met or more importantly exceeded at all times. You will be enthusiastic, friendly and dynamic, with experience of working within a minimum of 2 rosette establishment.
