We currently have an exciting opportunity for Swedish or Danish Speaking Account Coordinator in London.
Are you fluent in Swedish or Danish and English? Do you have customer service or account management experience?

My client is the world's largest community for home design. My client can offer home improvement professionals, including the professional directory and their free website builder.

They are looking for confident and outgoing professional who is happy to pick up the phone and introduce my client to companies every day.

The role:

•Business development and bringing on-board new professionals on a daily basis and converting them
•Help get the most out of the platform to generate new business
•Introduce my client and its benefits to design and home improvement professionals over the phone
•Look after their professional community and help them to make the most out of the platform
•Be an ambassador for my clients online and offline on trade shows, events and industry meetups
•Assist in setting up and managing my clients’ own events and trade shows in the region
•Assist with outbound marketing activities

The person:

•Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English
•Must have a passion for new client relationship
•A keen interest in interior design and architecture
•Customer service or account management experience
•Excellent time management skills
•Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
•Switched on and have great attention to detail
•Social media and tech-savvy
•Energetic and a positive can-do attitude
