My longstanding client located near Havant  is looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator into their largely expanding IFA practice. You would be working alongside the businesses team of Administrators and Paraplanners, to assist in ensuing all documents are up to date, correct and the clients are being provided with 5* support.

Plenty of progression opportunity available towards both Paraplanner and IFA routes, with all industry relevant qualifications supported.

This is a Part Time position which ideally would be Monday- Friday 10am- 2pm with a full time equivalent salary of £16,000 - £18,000.

Key Duties:
- Processing of appointments from the client services team
- Updating records of clients and data inputting
- Obtaining valuations from providers
- Compiling adviser meeting packs
- Dealing with client queries, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
- Processing of new business and documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards.
- Inputting data on internal systems ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
- General administration ensuring the work flows effectively.
- Preparing for adviser/client appointments including obtaining quotations, illustrations.
- Producing client valuations.
- Dealing with commission enquries.

Key Skills:
- Experience within an administration role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- 5 GSCE’s or equivalent. Ideally be prepared to work towards the Financial Planning Certificate.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good planning and organisational skills, having the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
- Accuracy and attention to detail being key.
- To be adaptable within an ever changing environment
