We are looking for an outstanding sales leader to oversee our restaurants & pubs and Hotels SMB business division with a focus on expanding our customer portfolio in the UK.

My Client is the market leader in delivering Software-as-a-Service solutions to the hospitality industry across the globe.
They are growing fast with strategies to branch into the EMEA region and Asia. We also have the investment and aspiration to increase our global presence over the coming years.
The key responsibilities for this role are to:
Recruit, hire and build a high performance sales team that can deploy consultative, value-based selling techniques while following a structured sales process.
This team requires a hybrid insides/outside sales model, with the majority of the pipeline managed over the phone, but requiring in person visits to close most sales.
Foster a culture of high performance through hands-on leadership, coaching and support and demonstrated by the serial attainment of individuals and team quotas fuelled by a rich sales pipeline
Deploy a structured sales process with clear sales stages and exit criteria, and manage the team to fully embrace that process while also deploying of a consistent sales methodology
Create a value led approach to lead qualification, opportunity development, deal negotiation and customer acquisition
Teach new business sales team how to uncover and develop opportunities for restaurants and Hotels of between 4-50 sites.
Support the learning interventions and skills programmes aimed at improving the consistency, quality, and volume of sales performance
Ensure the reporting of accurate sales forecasting with consistent conversion into new business wins
We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:
Proven track record of building cross regional high performing SMB sales teams closing new business, as well as expansion with the existing customer base within 90 day sales cycles
Inspirational sales leader with an outstanding ability to recruit, hire and onboard talent in a hyper growth environment.
Acute understanding of combining sales process and sales methodology for maximum effect in a B2B fast paced environment
Strong experience in structured, sales management, including but not limited to processes, techniques, sales tools, cadence, planning and lead qualification
Fantastic communicator, coaching and training skills
Steep career trajectory with the ambition and potential to continue growing with Company
Experience of selling high volume software solutions and/or a value-based consultative sell with varying degrees of sales complexity.
Experience developing sales tools and providing training to enable the sales team to be effective in the lead qualification and the selling process
