IP Solicitor 1 PQE
A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an enthusiastic and ambitious lawyer to join my client's specialist Technology Media Communications (TMC) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to work with a leading practitioner in this field of work.
If successful then you will be providing legal advice and assistance primarily on a range of IT, communications, e-commerce, IP, data protection and freedom of information law issues. You will be advising on and assisting with the drafting of a wide range of TMC, IP and commercial agreements while working as part of a team on large IT and communications outsourcing projects and contributing to marketing initiatives and seminars.
It is important that you possess experience of software licensing/ IT & communications hardware/ systems and/or support services agreements. Protection, management, exploitation and enforcement of IP rights expewrience is also important as well as a sound knowledge of data protection and freedom of information laws and EU Procurement Regulations.
My client is looking for an individual who possesses strong interpersonal skills and is an effective communicator at all levels (written and verbal). You will demonstrate a commercial, pro-active and professional approach to work while demonstrating excellent organisational skills, examples of multi-tasking and an ability to juggle competing priorities.
