Selwyn College has an opportunity for a Salad Section Chef to join our dedicated team of chefs.

Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: Part-time
Salary: £12,444.88 per annum (£16,970 full time equivalent)
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef the successful applicant will work with our Section Chefs to provide consistently high quality food in our Servery, at Formal Hall, High Table and for all conference activities, providing an interesting, well balanced salad selection, using colour, texture and a variety of ingredients. The successful person will be expected to continually suggest and trial new dishes for function menus and in the Servery.
The College is looking for a team player, with previous catering experience, who has creative flair and who is passionate about food. Good organisational, time management, communication and planning skills are also essential.
