Reporting to the Financial Controller the main responsibilities for the role are:-

  • Matching of GRNs to invoices
  • Coding and processing invoices
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Handling supplier queries
  • Ad hoc admin duties

Working as part of a small team the role requires a confident and professional team player with a 'can do' attitude who is adaptable and has strong organisational skills as well as:-

  • Solid and demonstrable accounts payable experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Sage Line 50 experience
  • Strong communication skills
