Ellis Mason are recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join a leading Engineering company in St Albans.
Candidates must have commercial experience in either engineering, construction or utility companies. The role is paying a salary of £21,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday role comprising of 37.5 hours.
The main duties include:
- Managing client accounts and providing management information
- Meeting with the operational team to understand works completed to then calculate and administer client invoices.
- Visiting sites to meet with clients and stakeholders
- Preparing and send invoices
- Receipting invoices
- Weekly reporting of commercial and financial information to Senior Management
- Full UK driving license and transport
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Smart and professional appearance
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
