Inbound Sales Advisor (OTE £30K)
A great opportunity to join a growing and highly dynamic business in their inbound sales team. You will take enquiries from customers over the phone or via email, ensuring that their journey throughout the sales is smooth and concise. It is key to offer advice and product knowledge to ensure the customer purchases the most suitable option for them and to achieve a high closure rate on all inbound enquiries. You will be fully able to influence and persuade your customer and close the sale. Previous experience is of course key, but full product and process training is available.
You will be:
Dealing with inbound enquiries either by phone or email.
Maintaining accurate records for all customer contact information on the company CRM.
Creating and sending quotations for customers within 2 hours of an enquiry coming in.
Following up on quotations promptly to achieve high closure rate for all customers.
Overcoming objections and utilise the sales funnel to ensure a high closure rate on first call.
Processing sales orders over the phone efficiently and accurately to ensure the sales process is as smooth as possible.
- Developing existing customers by cross selling throughout the entire product range to enhance client retention rates.
You must be currently working within a sales environment and come complete with a track record and really hungry to develop your career within a sales environment. You will be working within a targeted environment - so must be comfortable working in to objectives and targets that are regularly reviewed and revamped. For someone who can tick all of these boxes and genuinely loves the thrill of the sell, the ability for you to affect your own income through realistic commission is exceptional. High performing members of the team can expect an OTE of over £30,000. It is a challenging environment - you will need to demonstrate that you are a tenacious, robust and resilient individual and that you apply high levels of energy and commitment to delivering the best result for your employer, and your team, and ultimately to your own remuneration.
