I am recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care company based in the East Cambridgeshire district.
On top of a competitive basic salary, the appointed Care Coordinator will be rewarded with; additional payments for 'on call', company pension, car breakdown cover, business mileage and much more.
Despite the branch looking to merge into one office within the next 18 months, you will be required to regularly work between 2 sites in the district so a Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle is essential.
The ideal commutable locations are as follows; March, Chatteris, Ely, Newmarket and surrounding areas.
This role has been created due to expansion and you will form part of a 2 person team.
Reporting into the Registered Manager of the branch, your duties will include but are not limited too;
- Create and distribute rotas for all staff members
- Act as the first point of contact for your allocated area
- Ensure that all sickness and holidays are appropriately covered
- Take part in an 'on call' system which will be on a rota basis
