Invoicing / Costing Clerk

Location: Ipswich
Type: Temporary
Salary: £16'000 to £18'000 per annum

My client, a well established commercial vehicle dealership is actively seeking to employ a Invoicing / Costing Clerk on a full time basis for their depot in the Ipswich area.

Invoicing / Costing Clerk duties will include:

- Raise invoices for goods as required
- Raise documentation for goods in accordance with customer and quality requirements
- Raise credit notes and process customer returns as required
- Responsible for the administration and maintenance of all records as required 
- Assist in other areas as required

The ideal Invoicing / Costing Clerk will have:

- Relevant experience in an Invoicing or general administration role would be beneficial
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- IT literate

The hours of work for the Invoicing / Costing Clerk will operate on a day shift, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Start times are flexible.

The successful Invoicing / Costing Clerk will earn between £16,000 - £18,000 per annum depending on experience.
