Internal Account Manager

The Opportunity

This is an amazing opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join a well successful and reputable manufacturing company based in South Wales. They have grown year on year since they were established and offer a stable career and well mapped path for progression. They are offering a basic salary up to £21,000 plus bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Working closely with field based Business Development Managers
  • Processing orders and sending out quotations
  • Handing incoming and making outgoing calls
  • Offer an outstanding customer service and be prepared to go above and beyond for the client
  • Manage your emails and client callbacks
  • Report directly to the sales manager on a regular basis

Experience Required

  • Telesales experience is essential
  • Experience of working to targets and examples of exceeding those set
  • Good IT skills, Outlook and Excel database skills an advantage
