Internal Sales Representative

We are looking for an exceptional Internal Sales Representative with a wealth of drive, passion and determination who is looking for a new opportunity within this varied and diverse opportunity.
The main responsibilities of your role will be to build mutually beneficial trading relationships, maximizing on profitable sales opportunities with a view to achieving set business goals and objectives by taking ownership of all aspects of the customer’s account management requirements.
- To ensure that Company Information Systems ( CRM ) are maintained with details pertinent to customer and competitor activities as required and are regularly updated & reviewed
- To maintain a high level of service in all dealings with both internal and external customers
- Ensure discounts set are used or removed in line with business procedures
- Demonstrate understanding of breakdown of customer spends within area, and to recognise opportunities for increased product throughput
- New accounts open spend consistently once account credit status give
As the ideal candidate you will be a natural communicator with excellent, customer service and relationship management skills. You will have a self-motivated can do approach to all your work and possess the ability to spot new opportunities by generating new business relationships while identifying, understanding and satisfying current clients’ requirements. You will be team orientated with the ability to participate in structuring team objectives and work processes.
