It’s a forward thinking, creative environment where staff take responsibility and use their initiative to provide exceptional, high-value service designed to exceed client expectations.

You will be directly involved in the day to day running of our flagship restaurant at The Mansion Roundhay Park; you will ensure that our guests receive the highest possible level of professional service with maximum attention to detail.

Our current opening hours are 10.00am to 5.00pm which leaves the majority of your evenings free.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Experience within a similar environment is imperative.
  • Passion for delivering the best food and service to all our guests daily
  • Friendly outgoing and approachable.
  • A background in planning/organising and delivering a successful restaurant service.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to time restraints
  • A good working knowledge of excel and word is essential
  • Due to the nature of the job, candidates must be physically fit and active with sound energy levels.
