The Role: Based in the central London area in the main, the new Business Development Manager will be looking to develop new accounts amongst the property marketplace; speaking to directors and senior level executives within prestigious property management firms, you will be dealing with both large and small companies. The Business Development Manager will benefit from in-house initial training as well as ongoing courses.

The Company: Our client is the fastest growing online mapping service company around, and they now seek a new Business Development Manager as they grow their team. Offering geographic data services, they currently enjoy a sales turnover approaching £5 million and are set to continue this growth.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Strong sales background
  • You must have a track record of selling into the property marketplace
  • Intelligent candidates who can present at director level
  • The ability to build a team around you and excellent hunting skills are vital
