The business are seeking to recruit a CRM executive to play a lead role on strategy and execution for their key products around customer engagement and lifecycle management.

We're seeking candidates with expertise in D2C CRM. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in managing and automating loyalty and retention programmes, ideally with some experience in a regulated environment - however the key factor of success is far more about approach and attitude. Because of the business' challenger feel, the company are looking to recruit someone with a great positive attitude, ability to work at pace and capacity to adapt to frequent change.
