Fee Earner - Personal Injury MOJ (Developing)

You’ll have a customer centric approach and be focused on delivering the right outcome for each of our clients/ customers. You will enjoy working as part of a team, supporting each other to achieve individual and business objectives.
Successful applicants will have experience working in a customer facing role and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. An interest or experience of Personal Injury law, or a Law degree would be advantageous, although not essential as you’ll be joining a brand new Development team.
The starting salary for this role is £16,000 this will increase to £17,000 after completion of the formal training and then £18,000 when competent in role. We would anticipate this to take around 12 months in total (including 6 months formal training).
What will it take?
You will be self-motivated with strong organisational skills and good attention to detail. You will have the ability to perform to a high level, will be target driven and thrive in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of customer care. With strong negotiation skills, you will be confident liaising with third parties to ensure we receive the best settlement for each of our clients.
This role is part of our 'Your Journey’ career development initiative and as such you will be supported by your Manager through a structured Development and Training Programme, which lasts throughout your first 12 months in the role.
Successful applicants will join a dedicated Development Team and undertake a structured induction, spending your first week with our L&D team and then receiving regular training throughout the first 6 months from our Technical Trainers and Subject Matter Experts from across the business.
