As their Showroom Manager you to assist in managing and motivating the sales team, ensuring that they meet sales, F&I and customer care targets. You will help to direct the sales team’s daily activities and provide help and advice as well as hands on support to achieve volume and margin objectives. You will deal with the F&I elements of the sales, by obtaining proposal information and communicating with the finance company. You will continually train and develop the sales team to ensure maximum efficiency.

You will need to have a proven track record in running a successful fast-paced sales team, have good management skills and be able to provide leadership for the Vehicle Sales Executive.
