I am currently recruiting for a longstanding and very successful client of mine located within the Salisbury area. A position has become available for a Financial Services Accounts Administrator who has previous experience within Financial Services, Reconciliations and Adviser Office/ Iress systems.

This is a full time position with a salary on offer of upto £20,000.  My client are very keen on progressing candidates up through the business, providing clear progression routes and study support towards industry relevant qualifications.

Key Duties:
- Oversee the reconciliation of incoming adviser charges, fees/commissions.
- General adviser administrative support.
- Understand our back office system, providing reports.
- Obtaining information in relation to commissions and fees.
- Matching and reconciling commission.
- Responsible for the aged debt process. Liaison with consultants, administrators and providers. 
- Updating, checking and querying statements.
- Manage the online record keeping for sales and purchase ledger.

Key Skills:

- Experience within an accounts/administration role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Excel knowledge 
- Fine eye for detail
- Desirable Maths A Level
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Adviser Office/ Iress systems knowledge
