I am working with a highly regarded facilities management organisation, providing planned, preventative and reactive maintenance to multiple clients. The majority of these contracts/works will be up to £200,000 in value.
You will receive a basic salary of between £44,000 - £49,000 plus a car, pension plus healthcare. This company also understands the need for a work life balance so offer a competitive 25 days holiday plus all of the bank holidays.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working closely with the directors to ensure that the contracts are ran smoothly, efficiently and profitably. Therefore you will be responsible for the overall performance of the contracts with full accountability for contractual performance against KPI’s and SLA’s as well as working to agreed budgets.
You should be able to survey and price small works – boiler/air con replacements and install of new systems. You will also be required to quote maintenance contracts ranging from a few boilers to a site with multiple kit and subcontractor requirements.
This role is one where you will be leading from the front and not a position where you will be able to hide away in an office. If you enjoy being client facing and leading not managing this role will be for you!
You will mlead a team of engineers across the contracts covering electrical, mechanical, and fabric.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate;
- FM small works contract management experience.
- Experience of managing multi site contracts.
- Project value experience of up to £200,000.
- Experience of managing small works projects.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft programmes.
- Full UK Driving licence.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Electrical/Mechanical/Building services related qualification.
- Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is based in the Dartford office however travel across the South East will be required.
