Specialist business based in the Newcastle area is seeking to appoint an experienced Bilingual Finance Administrator to join its existing team.

This is a full time, permanent role 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday offering a salary c£20,000pa plus benefits

Candidates should ideally be fluent in Spanish and English with strong administrative experience. Responsibilties will include:

- Processing payments
- Creating records and updating CRM system
- Issuing customer statements
- Contract administration
- Preparation of monthly MI information
- Providing general administrative support
- Responding to customer queries quickly and efficiently
- Liaising with a range of internal departments

Candidates should have:

- Previous experience in an office administration role
- Knowledge of CRM systems along with MS Office packages (particularly MS Excel)
- Highly numerate with excellent accuracy
- Experience of working as part of a busy team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
