This Manufacturer of Domestic and Industrial Electrical Installation Equipment, servicing the U.K Electrical Wholesale Market, is seeking to appoint an experienced individual for the role of Business Administrator at Their Southern based Head Quarters in Hythe, Southampton.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent all round administration, sales, time management and organisational skills. Responsibilities will also include daily office duties, order processing, order entry, customer services and record control, sales team administration and supports, communication with their suppliers in both UK and overseas etc. The scope of the Business Administrator role can be extensive and additional duties may include:

- carrying out specific projects and research;
- responsibility for accounting related tasks such as payments, bookkeeping, sales and purchase ledges etc.
- assisting warehouse operator in the stock take process.

Reporting directly to Managing Director and Sales Director. The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 3 years in sales administration or related fields.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office and relevant I.T. skills
- Can demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm with the ability to be resilient and flexible
- Has the ability to handle multi tasking and can work under pressure
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- An eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-initiative
- Is fluent in the English Spoken and Written language

*Lives within easy commuting distance of Hythe, Southampton

*Experience in the electrical field is preferred, however, not essential
