This company is a forward thinking and innovative firm of Independent Financial Advisers based locally in Fareham and part of a national group. With a solid back office/paraplanning team, robust systems and processes and with immediate growth plans in place they are now looking for an additional team member to aid that planned growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Financial Administrator to join a firm where clarity, understanding and confidence along with quality, integrity and relationships are fundamental and at the heart of its approach to advising both personal and corporate clients.

This role would suit a highly organised Personal Assistant/Administrator who would enjoy the challenge of a more customer facing role alongside the adviser or a previous organised and proficient adviser looking to take a more administrative role. The successful candidate will have experience working in Financial Services and will be level 4 qualified.

The Role will include:

- Diary & email management
- Working closely with the financial adviser, to include accompanying him to client meetings to ensure an accurate and efficient post-meeting handover to the client servicing team
- Client meeting follow ups
- Preparation of presentations and visual sales aids for meetings
- Implementation & management of Introducer strategy and process
- Implementation & management of Referral System & Solution Specific Campaigns
- Updating KPI spreadsheets
- Organising seminars/events
- Assisting Operations Director & Client Manager from time to time with project work and other tasks as necessary

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- 2 years experience within Financial Services
- Able to work accurately and to precise detail
- Smart and professional appearance, personable and reliable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, stay focused under pressure and solve problems
- Able to work using own initiative
- Able to work as part of a small team and undertaking tasks as necessary
- Must be articulate - be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Excellent IT skills to include use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook - Mindjet and would be a distinct advantage
- Be hard working and responsive to the need to deliver a high quality support service
- Have a professional, proactive, positive, driven, can do attitude
- Ability to take minutes, meeting notes, completion of handover documents
- Able to make suggestions and recommendations within the business to help develop the business whilst looking to continually improve the service offered.
