This company is a leading provider of remote monitored electronic security solutions predominantly to the construction and private letting sectors.

Due to their continued growth, an opportunity has arisen to employ a bright and switched on individual to work out of their office in Port Dundas, Glasgow.

The role will involve a split responsibility, providing administrative support to the sales team while working in collaboration with the group's Marketing Manager to ensure a continuation of the high standards expected of their brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Allocation/Resolution of client/sales team enquiries
- Update of reports and sales paperwork
- Data entry
- Call handling
- E-marketing among client groups
- Support of Product launches
- Diary/Appointment management

Additional Duties

- Meeting preparation and management
- Minute taking
- Update of the CRM

The successful candidate will be

- Articulate
- Numerical
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate

Qualified to Degree level or minimum 3 years' office experience

Hours Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
