E-Commerce & Marketing Manager for Growing Fashion Designers
An excellent opportunity has arisen for anE-Commerce & Marketing Manager for Growing Fashion Brand based in their North London head office. The Company is behind some of the footwear markets most exciting new brands.
The business was established over 10 years ago in London by Brazilian fashion entrepreneurs
The role is toport into the Managing Director and line managing an E-commerce Assistant you will taking full responsibility for all online marketing and ecommerce sales having overall responsibility for online sales growth, you will have four core areas of operation:
1) Maintaining and improving the ecommerce website experience to maximise conversion, order value and customer experience. This is effectively about improving the merchandising, content and overall user experience.
2) Driving customers to the site through excellent performance marketing - search/affiliates/paid social/email and also take advantage of traditional non-digital marketing opportunities to bring customers online.
3) To drive brand awareness through brand based digital marketing and social media activity, combined with traditional marketing opportunities where possible.
4) To ensure digital and offline compliment and support each other across all customer touch points (marketing/DM/POS/Imagery/social
This is a growing and entrepreneurial business and this is a key leadership role. Taking ownership of all online selling and marketing is no small task and you will be a valuable member of the management team.
You should have broad experience of running an ecommerce business where you have worked across both e-commerce website management/merchandising and marketing. Ideally, you will also have been exposed to customer services and operations/warehouse
teams in a physical product retail environment. We don’t expect you to have mastered all elements of online marketing or ecommerce but you will have touched all key areas and be ambitious to learn more.
