A new opportunity working for a leading international and specialist Insurance Company based in London.

To provide administrative support to the Exposure Management and Catastrophe Modelling teams workflow system - SharePoint. To assign tickets, manage workflow, transfer data and import into modelling systems for all classes of business. Manage the workloads between the Underwriting, Exposure Management and AIR Outsourcing teams. Lots of moving of data and dealing with people. So not really a technical role. However, there will also be a requirement to help with reconciliation work and producing stats on workflows.

Essential Job Functions

Manage the workflow for the team.
Assign tickets to relevant parts of the team
Make sure all queried tickets are reviewed and responses given in a timely manner.
Move data from AMT systems to AIR Catastrophe modelling portal and vice versa.
Check, validate and reconcile AIR processed tickets
Import AIR data into Touchstone

Qualifications and Experience:

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Previous Insurance Market experience within a Admin/Data role
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Any previous sharepoint knowledge would be beneficial.
